Entertainment is essential - Over the years, agency giant Jung von Matt has not only expanded its company by 24 subsidiaries and has written agency history but has also extended the Hamburg headquarter into a downright campus. The newest addition is a loft house that connects two other Jung von Matt office buildings. It is a highly sturdy building, which measures a total of 3500 square metres and because of its brick façade is reminiscent of the factory architecture of the 19th century. An urban development concept with a flexible floor plan that represents the counterpart to the opposite house number 38. The so called ‘Riegelbau’ is truly a junction between different Jung von Matt agency buildings. Perfectly adapted to the needs of the agency, the house sits on supports and thus provides extra space which can be used as a parking space or location for hosting their legendary events and parties such as art fairs, summer festivals or Christmas markets.
