Formerly the world’s largest marzipan factory complex where nougat and marzipan delicacies were made back in the 19th century now houses a lively commercial start up buzz. The Marzipan Fabrik is re-invented as a child psychiatric clinic located in the 100 year old administrative building. Colour, texture, form and light are some of the most important factors influencing human behavior. These aspects are combined to create an environment where the children can have a stimulating environment which is conducive to healthy recovery and receive the best medical attention.
