One of the industry’s leading digital agencies, SinnerSchrader, has established its headquarters in Ottensen over 10 years ago. With 5000 sq.m of existing office structure of cellular and open offices it was time to create a dynamic work environment to enable various team sizes to co-exist and change sizes as easily as possible Employees are intelligent, space tends to be not so smart, but wait a minute. The idea that the spaces are fixed and the workers move around was always a concept of Sinner Schrader. The spatial structure allows rooms to be combined and opened to various sides enlarging the team from 3 to 9 or more people. This flexibility enables the Employees to change the team size within seconds. Within the communal zones movable partition walls ensure that additional new spaces can be created according to the workflow needs for meetings or presentations.
