It is fitting that the headquarters in Bochum has been designed to be very comfortable and homely. Due to a floorplan where most employees work in loft style open plan rooms create a private intimate atmosphere. Approximately 1,000 people work out of the office that measures 25,000 square metres in total. The headquarters is an administrative hub which covers the whole of Germany. In contrast to the enclosed office rooms itself there are open structures that ensure a good workflow between multiple people. The large cafeteria brings the whole company together to enjoy shared lunch host occasional events.
