CREATIVE IMPULSE
1960’s look and the panoramic view to the water
SCHAARTOR 1 // The run-down 1960’s office building got the attention it deserved when it was refurbished in 2014. Located directly by the harbour, it received a new top floor with a large cantilever, a cheeky wink to passers-by. The main tenant is an advertising agency who loved the 1960’s look and the panoramic view to the water. A lively ground floor retail space with an interesting retail area generates visitor frequency in what was once a forgotten corner of town.
SPECIAL FEATURE: Original 1960’s designed tiles have been introduced in the staircase to great effect.
