SIXTYFIVE SUITES // The office as product. Development of a small 1960’s office building located only one minute from the central square, with limited space and ceiling height. The building is conceived as a self-contained product per floor including built-in furniture, the use of shared conference rooms, bicycles and fitness facilities. The floors are rented individually and not on the basis of a square meter price; they are designed to seat up to 8 people per unit. Ideal for start-ups and small companies looking for a building with a distinctive image.
